A lot of time and expense goes into raising these precious kittens.  It starts with their parents. We feed the Royal Canin kibble, Instinct canned food & also provide  quality meat daily.   As the adults reach 8 months of age they are show in TICA and CFA to earn  their Titles & Championships.  Once the kittens are born, we assist mom with keeping beds clean, supplying her with constant fresh food and water and ensuring her well-being.  Every morning at 4 and and again at 6:30 pm I bottle feed each kitten with KMR kitten formula mixed with electrolytes and Forti Flora.  New moms, or moms with large litters, require support feeding and caring for their little babies.   I have spent countless nights up every 2 hours feeding and caring for babies.  As they reach 4 to 5 weeks old they usually require a good deal of support with bottle feeding as mom's milk dries up.  Raising kittens is a lot of work and takes devotion to get them to weaning age.  Not only do we provide for their physical needs but we love and nurture them from day 1. By the time they are ready to go home with you they have bonded with people and are ready to shower their new family with love.

Pricing consideration is $2500 for a pet.  We do offer show and to approved, experienced home we consider offering breeding kittens from $3500 to $6000.   We price them according to the costs in raising them which is actually significant.  We do not rely on kitty sales for our day to day needs but rather it is a hobby that we do for the love of the breed.  We are both professionals with many years working in our careers.  We are fortunate to have careers that allow us to work from home and be present for our fur babies 24 hours a day.  If you look at other catteries you will see that our prices are among the lowest and our cats are very well cared for.   

 

**********For those of you looking for a Maine Coon at a lower budget we have offered (rarely as we typically do not leave the home and have the adult kids in charge) some 1/2 Maine Coon kittens for 1200 to 1500 each.  Just like all of our babies, these babies will come with a contract.   Price is dependent on color and look.  These babies receive the same care, vaccinations and supplements as our show kittens and have the same loving nature as all of our kitties.  We put the same time and loving care into each baby in our care.  These can look like purebred but some may not mature with all of the Maine Coon traits.   For these babies, the father is listed in the contract as unknown.  Although we work very hard to keep our female kitties in their own part of our home, our grandchildren have let them outside their part of the house while playing with them.  When we are out of town or at a cat show our daughter and grand children house sit for us.  These babies may turn out to have most of the Maine Coon traits but they are being sold as 1/2 Maine Coon  regardless of who the father may be.  We maintain our males and females in different parts of our roomy home.  Each of the 600 square foot areas have their own separate living spaces, toys, feeding stations and are attached huge outdoor catios.  The catios have ingress and egress into our home for the kitties at any time they choose.   It is never our intention to mate our champion females with a male outside our home when we have several gorgeous champion and grand champion males that belong to us.   Kitties are opportunists and love to explore the outdoors and if the grandchildren or husband is not on their toes a kitty may slip outside for a few hours before we know shes gone.  This has only happened once or twice and the babies were sold for a discount once ready to go home.  With grandchildren things can happen and while we are disappointed the babies are still beautiful, loving and deserve wonderful homes.  They are discounted for this reason.
