About Us

We are going to focus on showing our kitties as we enjoy meeting other kitty lovers and showing off our beautiful Maine Coons.  We are going to keep a waiting list and offer the occasional litter until I retire.  Raising kitties is a tremendous amount of work and time investment and we want to focus on our adults and enjoy them.  We have loved animals as long as we can remember and find great happiness in raising them.  We provide the best care possible for our animals and ensure they have an excellent quality of life too.  Our kitties live in our home and enjoy the spacious first floor with us as well as having huge catios attached to our home  that extend the length of it.  The catios have climbing boards all the way to the top and we have numerous bird feeders lined up so they can watch birds at their leisure. 

 

We  started off doing kitty rescue as I worked on a Crisis Team and often found kittens in dumpsters in the course of my duties.  I was much younger then and often climbed inside dumpsters to rescue tiny babies doomed to be crushed by the garbage truck and brought them home to clean up, vet and rehabilitate for new homes.  This was something we did as we loved animals and paid for all spays and neuters out of pocket then gave the kitties to loving new families.  After a major career change, I no longer found babies at work but we do continue to be an area where kitties are dumped and they always make it to our farm.  We take in abandoned kitties whenever they show up at our home, rehabilitate them and find loving homes.  We still feed, care for and pay our vet to spay and neuter these sweet animals so they can have loving forever homes.  We will never turn away an animal in need and they seem to find their way to our farm.  

 

I have always loved all cats but especially Maine Coons for their sweet, dog like personalities and beauty.  Having babies and kitties to nurture gives me such happiness and I enjoy matching them with the perfect pet parents.  Raising kitties is not for the faint of heart.  There is a tremendous amount of daily work to do in caring for them and making sure everything is sanitized and washed daily is also a part of this.  I also have been raising American Quarter Horses for decades and we have shown them to world champions.   In my spare time, when I am not working or caring for my fur family, I love to garden and am also a published author.  You won't find me as I write under a pen name for safety's sake.  We both work full time and have an exceedingly busy life in addition to the kitties.  We are blessed to work our careers from our own home but things are crazy busy most days with all we have to do.  Enjoy our website and let me know if I can answer any questions.   Have a wonderful day .& God bless...
